- by Sara Cade
Hyperbaric Chamber
- Consider using a soft-shell hyperbaric chamber at home.
- 3-4 sessions a week for 1.5 hours, for a few weeks and then take a break for a few months.
- Heals mitochondria / oxygenates healthy cells but is toxic to cancer cells (anti-tumorigenic), anti-inflammatory and anit-microbial, chronic or current infections
- Also increases stem cells by 8.5 fold
- To increase results, use red light therapy right before and go in fasting/in ketosis. Or take ketone start drink beforehand.
- Recommended: HBot USA.
Red Light Therapy
- Works by stimulating mitochondria, the cell’s energy source, which improves cell function
- Use for reduced inflammation, improved blood circulation, wound healing and increased fibroblast production
- Can also improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety.
- Two main types: LED and Infrared.
- Ues infrared, it penetrates deeper.
- Best every other day for long-term use. 10-20 minutes, once a day. Or 3-4 days a week with a day’s gap in between.
Breathing & Relaxation
- Read Breathe by James Nestor and practice breathing techniques to relax and promote healing.
- Listen to Barry Goldstein’s calming music to synchronize your brain and heart. Great at bedtime! Find on Spotify.
- Both help take the body to a parasympathetic, relaxed, healing state.
Sugar & Diet
- Avoid sugar, but don’t stress if you have some occasionally.
- Try Allulose (a sugar alternative), good for blood sugar regulation and anti-cancer properties.
Gratitude Practice
- Start and end each day with gratitude.
- Reflect on what went well and what you’re thankful for.
